WHOLESALE SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS POLICY
Effective November 16, 2025

This Shipping and Logistics Policy governs all logistics, freight coordination, and receiving procedures for Prestige Shrimp LLC. This Policy applies to all wholesale buyers, restaurants, distributors, business accounts, and suppliers shipping inventory to Prestige Shrimp.

By placing a wholesale order or arranging any shipment with the Company, all parties agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Wholesale Order Lead Time

Prestige Shrimp processes wholesale orders as efficiently as possible while maintaining full cold-chain integrity.

  • Standard preparation time is one working day, unless otherwise stated.

  • Larger, custom, or specialty orders may require additional lead time.

  • Orders are processed in the sequence they are received and based on product availability.

Wholesale buyers are encouraged to provide their preferred receiving days and time windows to assist with accurate scheduling.

  • Preferred delivery windows

  • Dock, gate, or access instructions

  • Any appointment-only restrictions

  • Holiday or seasonal closures

  • Updates whenever receiving schedules change

Prestige Shrimp will coordinate deliveries using the information provided. Failure to keep this information accurate may result in delays or buyer responsibility for any compromised product.

Suppliers must provide:

  • Advance delivery scheduling

  • Carrier name and tracking information

All costs associated with rejected or non-compliant supplier shipments are the responsibility of the supplier.

4. Transfer of Risk

  • Packaging, labeling, or product specifications change

Prompt communication ensures both quality control and timely logistics.

6. Changes, Rescheduling, and Delays

Prestige Shrimp may adjust or reschedule deliveries based on operational needs, supply conditions, weather, or transportation availability.

Wholesale buyers must:

  • Provide advance notice for any required rescheduling

  • Confirm that receiving personnel will be available

  • Ensure the receiving area is accessible and ready

Prestige Shrimp may suspend service or delay shipments if receiving requirements are repeatedly missed or ignored.

7. Compliance and Enforcement

All wholesale buyers and suppliers are required to comply with this Policy.

Prestige Shrimp reserves the right to:

  • Decline or postpone shipments

  • Suspend wholesale privileges

  • Cancel current or future orders

  • Refuse supplier shipments
